Roots In The Fire

As a child in the inner city, racism and police hostility collided with undiagnosed ADHD, creating chaos, anger, and confusion that silently shaped every decision I made.

Marching Into Battle

I ran toward the military, chasing vigilant training, discipline, and protection, until my unmastered ADHD and rage pushed me into crime, bank robbery, and a federal prison cell.

Prison, Awakening, And New Leadership

Inside federal prison, my knees finally hit the floor, and spiritual awareness opened my eyes to ADHD as a gift. That redemption journey carried me into chaplaincy, counseling, and youth-centered leadership.

My Founder's Journey

My journey ties pain, faith, and ADHD together so I can guide struggling youths.

I hold a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership from a theological college, CPE and CADC certifications, and years of frontline work with youth programs across the East Coast, so every session I offer is grounded in real training and real life.

Military service drilled discipline, focus, and courage into my restless ADHD mind, and that same mindset now shapes how I teach young people to harness their energy, take responsibility, and stand strong in the face of pressure.

A federal prison cell became my classroom, where God turned my crime and brokenness into a calling that led me into ordained ministry and service as an assistant chaplain for the VA, so I now guide youths through darkness with the light I had to fight hard to find.
